premium service beach access outdated facilities tiny shower
i totally loved the premium service! the location was amazing with huge beach access and the room was big! it had all the amenities i could ask for, including a stocked mini bar and a balcony!!!
the facilities aren't super modern, they're just okay, nothing amazing. we had an issue with the a/c leaking water, but thankfully they fixed it. the shower is kinda tiny though! i could tell some things are really old, or they haven't been deep cleaned in a while which wasn't ideal.

attentive service birthday surprise fantastic service fun atmosphere
i was grateful for the attentive service provided throughout the resort. johnny, the concierge, arranged a special birthday surprise complete with balloons and champagne. esperanza at the buffet and axel at alebrije provided fantastic service. cherry and the entire entertainment team maintained a fun atmosphere.

the beach access was acceptable! with plenty of loungers available.
The drink service was a disaster! the bartenders seemed to completely ignore people waiting. ordering the same drink twice resulted in something totally different. It was inconsistent. apply:

The beach area had plenty of chairs. The comfort of the beds was really great. The staff provided good service.
The roof was dripping some water when I arrived in the lobby so the floor was a bit dangerous. The water for the jacuzzi was just warm not hot so I did not use that. Drinks and bartenders were inconsistent.

the premium staff demonstrates excellent service. quality liquors impressed me, and the food was AMAZING!!! the on the grill restaurant, with francisco's really good service, is a must. juan at the premium bar ensures a great experience.

cold food faulty air conditioning
the resort grounds looked well cared for and the staff seemed friendly. the bed offered a comfortable sleep experience. it was a nice thing.
I found the food quality disappointing. It often tasted cold. my room seemed quite dated. the tv didn't work for a day and a half. the air conditioning also failed twice. i felt the hotel fell short of expectations.
